Review: The Princess Problem by Diane Darcy
I loved this story and read it in one sitting. A modern spin on the fairytale genre, with a dash of the old 'hatred turning into love' cliché, and you have the makings of a great read. I liked the idea of the Alicia and Jonas first meeting in the dark, even though it was obvious where the story was going from the moment they met. The only thing that I found a little unbelievable was how quickly their feeling toward each other changed. Willa was a brilliant character and I'm glad that she got a happy ending too!
4/5 stars: The Princess Problem is an adorable short story, one that sets out to demonstrate how fairy tales can happen in real life- even to the most cynical of romantics.
